Carospeed is the hand-operated accelerator and brake control that gives drivers (who are unable to use the car pedals) the right feeling when driving.
The accelerator and brake functions are transmitted to a lever that is placed beside the driver’s seat. Pull the lever backwards and the vehicle accelerates, brake by pushing the lever forward. It is so simple to handle.
Carospeed gives the driver the right feeling when accelerating and braking. The secret lies in the lever’s geometry, well-laid development and our long experience in vehicle adaptations.

The hand control is also equipped with a comfortable hill-holder as standard. The hill-holder keeps the vehicle still while the hand moves between the gear lever, regulator or hand brake.
To avoid keeping the hand on the accelerator when driving far distances, the hand control is prepared for fitting in conjunction with the vehicle’s original cruise control.
The set function for the cruise control is activated during driving with the same button as the hill-holder and is disconnected automatically when braking.

Carospeed E - with fitted electrical regulators

Carospeed is the hand control with ‘soft’accelerate and brake functions. To simplify the driving of the car, the most used electrical functions are integrated into a four-way joystick in the knob.
Carospeed E is fitted with; right and left indicators, windscreen washer, horn, headlight and hill-holder. The cruise control set function is available as an option.
The integrated regulators in Carospeed E makes driving even simpler ince the driver never needs to lift the hand from the accelerator and brake control whilst operating these other functions.
